My almost 4 year old pig will not stop chewing on everything. She chews on anything she finds. She will chew on plastic, hair, clothes, towels. She also chews on paper (litter) / cardboard / plastic igloos but those are cage toys.

She has a friend, who doesn't chew on things. She has toys and she ge out of cage time.

Any suggestions on how to get her to stop chewing on everything?

Well, chewing is just what rodents do, though some do it more than others. One of my guinea pigs chewed up all my doorframes! LOL! I would still make sure she got out-of-cage time, I would just try to make it in a place where there isn't anything that can be destroyed. I know they make bitter apple spray and things like that to make things taste unappealing, but I don't know if those work or are safe for guinea pigs. Good luck!

thats such a coincidence to see your post now, as all weekend my concern has been "grumpy girls" but in the past couple of hours it seems things are back to "normal"... in that i can hear them quite merrily ripping up and eating the newspaper that lines their house, as well chewing on the house itself!
(we put an edible hard tunnel in there a while back and they've not even considered it ironically...)
also my friend has 3 gp's that roam freely around the house quite often and they ate through her xmas tree light cable (when it was off), so yes i think chewing stuff sounds pretty normal but probably some care has to be exercised about what is available for them to chew on! lol
