Hi All,

Well I put Sunshine and Twinkle in the piggy pen which is 4x4 I always give them a go in it first so it is clean and no smell is present from the girls.

They were fine last night, however, tonight was different. Because I'm cleaning their cages and hutches out while they are in the pen to save them sitting in a basket I haven't done the girls yet and they could smell them and started getting narked at one another and teeth chattered!

I fed them their tea and they went ok then it was back to teeth chattering! So off they went back in the hutch and now they are fiine sitting against the hutch doors showing me their bums eating hay!

There is no smell from the girls, not that I can smelll anyway but I guess they can smell them with their sense of smell being better than ours!

I won't make that mistake again!

Its funny how the smell of girls makes them fall out! Its like human men!
 
LOL It's like the pen is the nightclub and they have had too much to drink and end up fighting over girls! But then when back in the boys flat they are all friendly.

Pudsey and Eccles weren't bothered they sat in the corner watching Scooby Doo!
 
Just put the girls in their cage for the night, checked on S&T and Mr T is teeth chattering! Sunshine is opening his mouth really wind from under his igloo! But then they go about their eating and forget about whats upset them again. 98)

I think I'll have to set up another pen upstairs well away from the girls, ah it's a learning curve! Little monkeys they are!
 
I'm everso lucky with my boys they live in the same shed as the girls and never fall out. When they have run time in the garage in the day they are side by side and still are very good.

I'm sure thats down to the fact that Jimmy is the one that is bothered about girls and shakes his little chubby bum at them and has a good flirt at the divider with them and has a little kiss with Honey she adores him. Joe is not bothered about them at all he never goes to the divider to even look at them. Think Joes the sweet little boy next door type thats not interested in girls. Bless him. :smitten:

Joe just loves his Mummy too much to be bothered about other girls. :smitten: :smitten:
 
Aww thats great! Twinkle is highly hormonal. I put them in the pen after I cleaned the girls out and they were fine but Twinkle wants to get out all the time! I can't pick him up as he popcorns off and is so excitable, he is like a little puppy. When I manage to pick him up he tries to climb up to my head! He is one crazy pig!

Sunshine is a lot calmer and is a lovely pig, I'm suprised he puts up with Twinkle's mad ways. I'm sure Twinks will calm down as he gets older, at the mo he is just full of fun! :D

Bless them they are all gorgeous. I like the fact that they are all so different and have their own little personalities.

Ive got the full range from Sweetness and light to Asbo teen. Its great :smitten: :smitten:
 
I've not experienced this of course, but am interested how some do get 'flirty' and others can't be bothered :-\
I'd just presumed they'd be very aware of the girlies and want to 'be' with them ::) ;D ;D
 
I don't have this problem just having the two girls.
Twinkle sounds adorable though and full of mischief! :)
 
I think thats what Twinkle wants, he just wants to be with the girls! He would be in piggy paradise if I got him neutered and tried him with the girls but I won't as I don't want to chance anything going wrong!

He looks like butter wouldn't melt though! He is a mummy's boy! :-*
