The bad weather here recently has really took it out of the shed. Its now letting in damp and theres a hole appeared along the bottom slats.

I have repaired it the best I can for now. But ideally I'm going to need a new one.

I haven't got a lot of money, and I'd be liking a shed thats bigger than the one I currently have. Ideally I would like to get the pigs higher up in a c&c cage so draughts can't get through to them being low on the ground. I'd like a small tall table I can weigh and brush Peaches on too.

The current shed is a 6x4. I have been looking at this 8x6 shed. I'm not sure what size C&C I could get into that. It would probably have to be L shaped or horseshoe shaped.

This is the one I've been looking at. 8 x 6 Value Wooden Overlap Apex Shed

Mine is a 10x8 which was given to me by a mate. My hutches are built into one end. I'll be replacing the insulation and wall cladding this year to extend the life of the shed, I'll also be laying 12mm marine ply on the floor and laying lino over it to make it easier to keep clean. That said, all my piggies are indoors tonight in a 120cm cage as they all got a nice bath and their nails clipped today.

Sounds great. I think by the time I've tried patching mine up, it would just be easier to get a new one. Plus I'd have more room. :) I really would like to get them off the floor so I can have more room for storage too.

Well it's official. I will be getting a new shed over the coming couple of months.

I've been drawing up plans and I think I can get a horse shoe shaped c&c cage in there. 7x5x5.

Having them off the floor means I can invest in a decent heater and having a brand new shed means I can insulate it before they move in.

I'm so excited. Got quite a bit of work to do in the garden first though.

Looking forward to seeing the end result :)

Thank you! I realised I drew the plans wrong yesterday. I drew it by 1 grid instead of two! Here are the new plans. It doesn't look very technical but I did use measurements. :)

The plan of how the c&c will fit. They will have 12x2 grids of space.
