So Penelope is on heart meds. Benezapril & Vetmedin. She gets her Benezapril every 24 and her Vetmedin every 12. She’s also on Bactrim every 12 for a few more days.

She currently gets her meds around 6 and I gave it to her at 5:30 yesterday. I had to leave town so my boyfriend has to give her the meds and he works 12 hours so the only time he’s able to do is at 3pm and 3:30am. Am I able to work medications down to a different time?

Hi

A 3 hours jump ahead is not ideal but moving within a quarter of the normal interval should be acceptable unless your vet has specifically stated that the medication needs to be given strictly on time. If you have concerns, you can always call the vet clinic for advice or confirmation.

I emailed them but have not heard back.

He gave her the medicine at 4:30 just now and will give it to her again at 4:30 am. Then he would give her the meds around 3:30pm tomorrow and then around 3:30-4:00am tomorrow. That way it was worked down an hour after two doses

If you have the time to shift gradually forward and back in 1 hours jumps, then that is much better indeed! It was not clear from your original post whether you had the time to do so.
