I am so cheesed off.My son is moving to Derby on sunday to start university.He was planning on taking his car,he will be living in halls.I rang his car insurance tonight to inform them of his change of address.I did expect a slight change in price but not as much as they quoted.They are saying we will have to pay another £1000 a year.He has been driving 18 months.we are now having to rethink wether it is worth him taking his car now or waiting till February when he will have 2 years no claims,and it will drop down in price.:p
