Cant Sleep!

Hi! It now 6.12 am and I cant sleep! I have been awake since 5am and got up at 5.30. I cant do anything as I will wake the kids up and that wouldnt be good! At times like this it would be good if we had that chat room on but then again I could be talking to myself!
My dog Molly was spayed yesterday so this might be why I cant sleep. She was feeling really sorry for herself yesterday and didnt even go for a wee all day! I have just given her a painkiller and she looks alot brighter today.

Oh i don't sleep much either, but i usually wake up in the middle of the night, i could come on here as i would be the right time to speak to you all but then i'd never go back to bed and sleep ;D Vicious circle isn't it. Noooo don't wake the kids, bad move mine are super grumpy if they get woken up specially on school/uni hols :tickedoff: :tickedoff:
Go make yourself a nice cuppa and see if you can relax zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz (hope that helps )

I'm awake too, the OH has a breakfast meeting on a weds and gets up at 5.30 and I can never get back to sleep then :

Well I woke up at 6.45 on the dot, no alarm, my eyes just sprung open. Like this :o ;D just as I have done most of the days of the hols > And I bet next week the alarm will go off at 6.45 and I won't be able to wake up ;D

Tired now! I went back to bed at 6.45 anf OH woke me up at 8.50! He said to me 'Are you letting your dogs out for a wee' told him that I did it at 5.30 when I made myself a tea as I could sleep. He then asked me why I didnt do him one! Well it would have just gone cold, as when I did go back to bed he was snoring his head off!
