Can we organise a U.K. meet up in October?

Hello!
I just had a thought, We are hopefully flying back to the U.K. in October to visit family and friends. For just over 2 weeks.
All depending on if we can find house sitters.
But assuming we can, Would be wonderful to meet some of you if we could perhaps organise a meet up? A meal or something?
I will be in Essex and Yorkshire. And Scotland (but that’s only for a wedding).

That sounds like a brilliant idea .

From my recollection - the major forum meets are arranged for a meet up in Birmingham - would Birmingham be OK for you ?

Unfortunately I don’t think I’d have time to detour to Birmingham :bye:

We used to meet up in London for a picnic (Regents Park I think) not too far from Euston Railway Station, would this be doable? Sadly, I’m not as mobile as I was back then, but could try and attend a meet up. :tu: :beer:
 
I'd love to finally meet everyone and I'd be able to travel quite a way if it was in the October half term
