Can this URI return?

My guinea pigs recently got off of Baytril for a URI, four days ago. Those four days ago, we got a recheck at the vet and they said everything sounded perfect. However, it's today that i still noticed some sneezing. I honestly can't tell if it's more than usual but I'm still worried that it could be back? Is this possible? The Baytril knocked the URI out fast, as i caught it early, but could it really be back already? I'm going on a trip tomorrow, leaving them at my grandma's house, where she won't be able to tell if they're ILL or not. Am i worrying too much, or should i be concerned? Please answer soon!

Was the sneezing after they had been eating? Sometimes I get dust up their nose

Yesterday, yes, but today, more of the sneezing was when they were not eating hay. It wasn't a crazy amount of sneezes or anything throughout the day, but I'm kind of on the edge because I'm stressed. They seem a bit lethargic right now, although it is night. If i was to press my ear to their chests, would i be able to hear of their lungs are clear (probably not huh)?

I have noticed also that in some of their breaths there is this very light almost chirping sound. They aren't chirping like guinea pigs do, but that's kind of what it sounds like, except way softer and in some of their breaths. Could this have to do with anything? When we went to the vet four days ago, one of them had already been doing this, and the vet said her lungs were fine soo I'm guessing it's nothing? I'm not sure, thoughts?
