My pigs love strawberry leaves - they refer them to strawberries. They also adore the calyx (i.e. the greens just on top of the fruit). However, keep in mind that strawberries, especially at this time of the year, are usually very high in nitrates, and the greens have even more nitrates than the fruit. Therefore, I'd hesitate to give strawberry greens, unless they were home-grown, or organic, or at least pre-soaked in water for 1 hour to reduce the nitrate levels.
Edit: I've been trying to grow strawberries on my balcony. While I've managed to produce only 3 fruits, they have lots of leaves, so at least the pigs benefit from my limited gardening skills.
