I’ve noticed that when I put Timmy out on the grass for awhile he gets a slight watery eye in the corner. It is clear. I’ve put a picture on but it had dried up a by the time I took it.

Any eye changes are worth a prompt vet check, just in case there is a grass seed or bit of hay stuck in the eye. I have noticed myself that piggies secrete more of their natural eye cleaning fluid if the sun is in their eyes, does he have plenty shade outdoors?
Piggies can get allergies but usually that would affect breathing mostly and only be a default diagnosis after the vet has ruled out other causes.

Hi!

It rather looks like either not fully reabsorbed milky cleaning fluid or a potential mild irritation in the eye being washed out with clear watery tear fluid that dries transparent. It is not quite obvious from your picture what you are dealing with.

If this is not just a one off, the eye continues to water, be drawn in (pain) or develop a greyish/bluish spot/film over the eye surface (ulceration from infection), then please see a vet promptly within 24 hours or as soon as possible for either an eye poke or something stuck under the lid. Eye injuries deteriorate very quickly but will also recover quite quickly and without problems in most cases if seen promptly.

One of my pigs, Leela, has had issues with eye sensitivity her whole life. Her tear ducts don't drain that well and her eyes do get watery/gunky if she is outdoors. She does have a prescribed drop that we use when she starts to accumulate gunk. The way the vet describes it, the overtearing if her eyes not draining well can give bacteria somewhere to grow so she has an eye drop for that.
