can cat fleas jump to piggies? I pet one of our strays yesterday then found a flea in the bed, noticing itchy piggies and I feel itchy myself but I think my itching is just because I saw the flea

No cat fleas can't live on piggies! You are probably just imagining it. I always feel itchy if someone talks about headlice! 
Cat fleas are species specific, they won’t hang around on piggies

I think I am imagining it, I’m clawing at myself thinking about them
There are no guinea pig specific fleas, nor can you catch cat fleas. Any cheeky ones will starve very quickly and abandonship at haste. 
As always, please wash your hands between petting animals as a measure of good hygiene; especially after petting strays.
But you cannot transmit cat fleas to your guinea pigs - that is a double species jump.

I’ve not stopped itching since seeing those lice on poor Cleo @Rivervixen! Treatment should be here soon thank god!I think I am imagining it, I’m clawing at myself thinking about them

poor cleo! i cant imagine how itchy you must be feeling, i'm ready to claw my skin off after seeing one! hope it's a speedy delivery on the treatment

Feel far worse for her, just nasty knowing they’re crawling around! Like the flea I can imagine! Thank you, 24hr tracked delivery with Royal Mail sopoor cleo! i cant imagine how itchy you must be feeling, i'm ready to claw my skin off after seeing one! hope it's a speedy delivery on the treatment
