Can Boys And Girls Share At Run? (at Different Times!)

I seem to have so many questions! But best to come to experts, eh, guys?

Ready for when lawn time arrives we have 2 runs - one a vast sectional one that we can sit in with the piggies and have cuddles/be used as an adventures playground, the other a secure wooden one with a decent sized raised house at one end. My question is, will our girls and boys both be able to use both of these runs (at different times, obviously!!), or if the boys went in a run that had previously been used by the girls would the scent of the girls drive the boys to distraction?

Yes, they can time share - preferably the boys before the girls, so there is no/only very faint girl scent that won't upset the boys much.
