i thought the piggie had jumped in some vasoline or something & then the foot! Need to use my glasses more often. Ha ha

Brilliant. Freaky but brilliant. Normally home remedies aren't recommended, but in this case I think a dot of superglue might save you the expense of a trip to the vet.

Yep! I wasn't allowed to called it superglue it had to be known by its "proper" name of cyanoacrylate. When he was a student he was one of the team of scientists that invented bubble mixture too. After his funeral at the wake, we had a bubble machine blowing bubbles as everyone walked in.
