Can a hand vaccum cleaner pick up poop?

Can anyone tell me if a hand vaccum cleaner can pick up gpoop without breaking or blocking it? Be used on fleece, not wood etc

Many people use a hand vaccume cleaner just don't vaccume poop that is mushy/excessively wet and clean it out often
