Neutering a guinea pig doesn't alter their personality or behaviour like it would if you neutered a dog so it wouldn't change anything. Therefore the only reason to get a male piggy neutered is if you want to make them sterile. Neutering is also quite a risky operation and is something that should only be done after all other options have been explored.

If they were fighting before there's a good chance they'll continue to do so, even with fewer hormones floating around I'm afraid. Neutering is generally a good solution when boars fight, but only so each boar can then be paired with a sow that'll he'll be less likely to scrap with.

All I can do is echo the above posts.
She can try slowly doing introductions again and see if that changes anything, but if they've been fighting it's likely that they'll do it again
She might be better off, as suggested, looking into getting them neutered and getting them girlfriends, or trying to find a pair of neutered girls so the boys don't have to go through the op

could be possible, that there will be harmony - but it also could be possible that they will start fighting again. Neutering doesn´t change the charakter... And it depends how you put them together and where. Boygroups usually needs some more space then a mixed group. My experiences... Oh, I miss my boygroup "Moritz & Peanut"... they were soo cute together!
But a friend of mine has a big "boy-group" and it works, all boys are neutered.
I think it is not possible to give a 100 % answer if yes or no.
Would be good, if the boys are neutered - anyway. If it doesn´t work, you can give them a girl, of course seperated. And if the partner dies, it is much easier to find a new one, neutered boy and girl usually works...
