I was looking through the pigtures on the monitor thing, and it has jammed on one pigture. That computer hour glass thing is there. I have tried pressing everything just to turn the damn thing off to start again, but nothing is happening. Any ideas please?

Have you managed to sort this out yet Lucinda? :-\ I think all you can do is take the batteries out I suppose - if your photos are on a memory card they should be fine still :-\ (that's what I would do anyway if that helps

I opened the battery compartment - without taking them out and that seemed to work.

I am such a dinosaur ;D

Anyway I managed to load up Dr and Scarby's resting place so i think it's all Ok now.
