Calluses on front paws

Hi all I hope you're all well. My poor Ted has developed hard skin on his front paws. I have cut them back and not bothering him but just wondered if there is anything I can do to help soften the skin and stop spurs developing. His cagemate has super soft paws.... they're currently on Hemp topped with Hay and it is cleaned daily. I have been using perfect paws but just wondering if there is anything else I can do? Foot spurs are harmless and are best left alone unless they are getting in the way and getting caught.
You don’t want to over soften their feet by using creams as that can cause other problems.

Ah thank you. I knew spurs were harmless I didn't realise softening feet can lead to others problems too ..... I'll just keep cleaning and trimming if needed like a piggie slave
