Cake for Muffin?

I would like to make a cake for Muffin's 3rd birthday, I've seen a lot of recipes online, and I really like the ones where you actually make the cake instead of just making a pile of vegetable's. The problem is I'm not sure which recipes are actually safe for Muffin or not. Should I make one with oats and crushed vegetable's, or one with softened pellets and baby food, or maybe a different combination? What do you think?

I would figure out what veggies Muffin like to eat the most and go from there. Since it is his cake, it should consist of his favorite veggies and pellets.

Thank you so much Muffin really likes lettuce and celery so I will definitely use those two and maybe I will top it with a little bit of fruit
