Cages and stands?

Hi all,

As some of you may know, hopefully, we'll soon been getting two sows to join our two boys. Obviously we will need to upgrade to larger cages so I have two questions:

1. Which 1.2m cages would you recommend?

2. Does anyone have experience of cage stands? We don't have a lot of room so we were hoping to be able to stack two cages on top of each other using a stand. Does anyone else do this or know if this would work?

I used to use a Ferplast 120 for 2 girls, which I was alway quite happy with. By the time we had 4 pigs we had expanded to 2 cages which we had next to each other so they could use both of them. I recently upgraded to c and c though which is so much better...it takes up less space in the lounge, but gives them more space at the same time. I liked the fact that I could design it to fit the space we had, and it is probably the easiest way to do a double layer. I've never tried a cage stand though so can't comment on these!
