I built my boys a bridge to their new bedroom when I was off the other day :) They love to be on fleece, but I found it too much of a hassle to keep up with, so this way they get the best of both worlds. I've always wanted to build them a bridge/walkway and this way they don't drag any bedding into their fleecy bedroom area. No frustration for mummy ;-)

Bet they love that snuggly area! It's a great cage, lots of room for them!

Thank you all :) I'm forever changing my cage. I lost count of the amount of times I've changed the lay out. I'm always making it bigger as well. The coroplast is starting to look a bit worn from all the moving and changing. Think this is a good solution though to give the pigs some fleece bedding, without it being to difficult to maintain for me. We all know how much piggies like to be comfortable :-)

It's HUGE! Great set up wow I wish I could give mine the space yours has - c&c envy!

Same here, Soph! My guineas are babies. I have the largest cage my local pet store had and it's okay for them for right now, but I know I'm going to have to upgrade when they get bigger. I don't have the space to give them a big setup like that, but I wish I could. :(

Great job, Humfred! I'm sure your piggies will be very happy living in that mansion! :))

Thanks guys. Funny when you look at other peoples cages you always see things better than yours or come up with new ideas you want for your own. The beauty of c&c :) Regarding space- To be honest I've only just moved to a 3 bedroom house, where the pigs have the spare boxroom to themselves (shared with the hamster) Which is the ideal room for them as the back wall is longer and it fits a 7 grid long cage perfectly :-) It's the first thing me and my partner said to each other when we viewed the house "This will be the piggy room!"
BUT... Before this I lived in a 1 bed open plan flat with a gallery bedroom and they had the same size cage. I used to have it right next to my bed, hardly leaving space to walk to the toilet at night. Haha. So yes, its lovely to give them their own room :-)
