hi all i have a problem i have got the 140 rabbit cage with my 3 pigs in it for those of you who have seen this cage its huge isnt it, i thought it would be ok in my extention but it is soo in the way i have tried it in every corner and wall but it just makes it hard to use the extention properly hubby said get a smaller cage but i dont really want to take any space off them any ideas thanks x

I think anything less than that size cage for 3 pigs would be too small a space for them, it's a great cage :) the minimum size by RSPCA standards for just two pigs is 4x2ft (a 1.2m cage). Is there nowhere else in the house it can go?

thats what i thought i cant take any space off them maybe get a smaller 2 storey cage but i am afraid they wont use the second storey so it looks like i will stick with what ive got xx

If you can keep it, it would be much, much better than a two tier cage as many piggies apparently never use the upper layer as they often won't use the ramps and so they will likely all be in the equivalent of a 1m cage. It is a fab cage you have though, well done for thinking of their welfare :)
