Hey!

Need a little help if thats ok? So my Piggies currently live in two large runs in the summer house. I want to bring them inside so I can spend some more quality time with them, but I have a slight problem, they fight when they are together.

I am going to purchase a C&C cage which is 5 grids 185cm by 2 grids 77cm and split this down the middle with wire mesh so they can still see each other and talk. That would mean they have 92.5 cm by 77cm each. Will this be enough room for them as they are on there own

Any ideas/thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks!

:wel:A 2 x 6 grid C&C would be ideal as half of it is the minimum recommended size for one piggie. Have you thought about handmade cages as you can build them to fit your size and can be much cheaper/ more spacious. I'm going to set up a simple handmade cage as my area is quite an awkward one for C&C cages

There is a sticky on cages at the top of the housing section (This one) that has some good ideas. I would recommend looking there. Good Luck with whatever you decide! I hope you enjoy your new indoor piggies, and spending more time with them:)

The usual recommended size for single pigs is 3X2 I was going to say the same as above about a 2 x6 if you have the space. You can adapt cages to fit the space you have, mine is an L shape and is 7x 2 however lengthways i can only fit a 5x2 .
