Cage size for 5 adult pigs?

A minimum of 7x2 C&C I think, not sure what that is in actually measurements?!
I have three in a 7x2 and think if I had 5 I’d want to go at least one grid bigger, probably 2.

Each grid is 35cm so... 7 grids is 245cm which is... almost 10ft long and about 2ft 4 inches wide? So over 20sqft? If my maths is correct lol! We had 5 piggies in an 8x2 grid space which was fine but when we added the 6th piggy we added an extra 3x2 extension room :)

The minimum welfare size is 7x2 ft on one floor. The more space you can provide the better.

I agree it’s officially a minimum 7 x 2 but personally I found that to be too small for mine when I had 5 together so it needed extending.

Yes there's the space needed to physically house piggies in... but then they also need space to fit their hormones and personalities in, more piggies equals more hormones and personality clashes! :)
