I've extended mine with a hamster playpen and made a correx tray for it (the playpen has 6 sides, but I've folded it round to make the shape I wanted). It works for now, but I may have to extend further once my piggies are fully grown!
How high is the base of your cage, can you not make a ramp work? I've seen people cut doorways into shop bought cages and file them down so there aren't any sharp edges, that could be an option.
Or you could look on Gumtree/local selling pages for a cheap second hand cage with a lower plastic tray.

We can’t see the full cage in the picture.

I think it’s a little too crowded. Maybe you could remove some things so your piggies can run around more? Or rearrange it so they have more space? It looks like a good size though, from what I can see. What type of cage is it? A Midwest cage?

I was thinking it looked a bit crowded too @Dog Cow. Piggies need space to popcorn and zoomie @Tashie_ and while your cage does have lots of lovely things in it maybe take a few out and swap them around from time to time to give your piggies more stimulation.

:agr:It does look a little crowed, you could swap things around every now and then to maximise space and keep it interesting :)
