Hi, I'm not 100% certain of your question but here's my answer to how I've interpreted it. If I've misunderstood feel free to say so!
Are your guinea pigs living separately and does it have to be the 2x6 size?
If you need to create it to the 2x6 and make it separate for them I'd recommend splitting the loft into a 2x1 at each end and have them each in a 2x3 with a 2x1 loft but I'm not sure how that compares to minimum cage sizes for 1 pig (and would be too small if you were planning to ever get a new friend for each of them). Personally I'd try to make it a 2x8 so they can each have a full 2x4 cage but I understand that might not be possible depending on the space you have available. Is the correx pre-cut? If so again that'll affect your possible options.
