Cage Setup - Opinions Please

Some opinions please. Piggies arrive Saturday. Piggies are bringing another hidey with them from the rescue, because it's wooden one so she is unable to disinfect it and use again. This has a cage top to go on it too.

I also need another bowl. Any other suggestions?

Hmm. How big is the cage? For two piggies, right?

Looks like you just need to add lots of hay and some food and pigs. That other hidey is good so that if they don't want to share the space they have their own space. Do you have a water bottle or are you using a water bowl?

Got a bottle to attach to the bars. Yes it's only for two sows. I thought they'd prefer fresh hay from the bag when they arrive, although I'll put some in the carrier on Saturday morning.

Plus I've bought Burgess excel pellets which is what they eat at the rescue, so hopefully no upset tummies

A fleece forest is a useful boredom buster . Fleeces forests are peices of flease tied to the top of the cage
Have them hang within 2 inches from the bedding on the base, then cut in strips lllllllll from bottom , to 3 inches from the top !
that is attached to the top. Youncan make them as dense as you whant , and the pigs will run through them , hid in them and generally injoy there fleese forist

Maybe someone knows were there is a photo of a fleece forest on the foram
