Hi all,

I have seen lots of threads on cages etc but I am looking for one with a stand or maybe even C&C.

Bearing in mind myself and my other half are awful at even putting things together....!

I want a huge indoor cage!

Any ideas?

C&C all the way its really not hard as long as you stick to square or rectangular cages. think of it as putting lego pieces together lol

it took me and OH about half an hour to build this one minus the hay loft

hope that helps :)

I have very kindly been offered first refusal on 18 1ft square pannels.

In my ignorance could anyone let me know whether this would be easy to assemble a C&C cage.

Also would putting them on storage boxes be safe enough and take the weight?

Is it also easy to make an upstairs for them?

do you know what the panels look like?
you can use cable ties instead of connecters which would work.
not sure about keeping it on anything other than the floor.
my hay loft wasnt that hard to make we're having bigger issues attaching the ramp! mallethead

Yes they look just like yours but are silver, they have the little black bits that keep them togther, are these connectors?

I've seen some peoples piccys have them raised off the floor with other bits of panels. Would be easier on the old back :))

There's someone on youtube that has two c+c cages on stands made from grids and seems to work really well! She uses underneath for storage which I think is such a good idea. If I can get my hands on more grids I wouldn't mind doing the same thing. Her username on youtube is piggiepigpigs if you want to look it up. Her c+c cages are lovely.

I think I am actually subscribed to her vids, I know the one you mean. How come my piggy area never looks so spic and span. I have poo's everywhere! LOL rolleyes:))

ok wasnt quite sure what you meant. i would guess that they are connecters :) i have black and silver grids :D just to be different.

i find it easier with the size of mine to have it on the floor then on your hands and knees inside on clean out days :) which is espicially fun when 2 of them like to lick your toes and nibble on socks and slippers.

I know exactly what you mean lol! I can clean up after them, leave the room for 15 mins and by the time I've came back the place is a mess again. I think my 2 do it deliberitely lol. They are poop machines!:))
