Hi everyone. I am a new guinea pig mummy. I moved my two boys into a midwest cage over the weekend and I want to make them my own fleece cage liners. Can anyone recommend were to buy the waterproof liners from and what type is best?
Thank you so much for any help.
Xx

Hi :) Welcome to the forum. Try piggybedspreads.com or piggiepigpigs.com. They have good stuff. Also check if they ship to your location. Best of luck :)

what's about trying another practical solution for your cage? I suggest mine which works perfectly and maybe it is more practical with your weather.
Look at the pics below: I have a handmade cage made of coroplast; then I have put a towel, then some newspapers, also some flyers (I get lots of flyers at supermarket) and upon all of that I put a piece of fleece fabric I bought at the textile shop (I paid 6€ a meter):

the fleece pre-washed 2-3 times without any softener let the wee pass through and only the first pages below have some wet spots in the morning:

you just have to change those flyers... a fast job and no smell at all because the fleece can be hung out and it dries very quickly even when the air is wet. I wash it only after 6-7 days with normal laundry and when it comes out of the spin dryer it is almost dry.
I suggest you to try this with newspapers before sewing also because you should test the quality of the fleece before, as there is some difference, I see.
