Hi there! I have two pigs in a 2x5 grid c&c cage. I found out today that one is male so I had to separate them until the male is neutered. I split the cage into 2x3 and 2x2. The male gets the bigger space, and my girl is only around 4-5 weeks old. She gets the smaller space. Is this okay for 6 days? That's when he gets neutered. Do I have to make a new plan or can my girl stay in a 2x2 cage for 6 days? Please let me know!

The space you have is fine if they are babies and it is only temporary.
And you did the right thing to separate them immediately.
BUT even after your male is neutered he can not go in with a female for 6 weeks!
This is very important, as up until 6 weeks post op he can still get a female pregnant.

Good to know. Thank you

Plus if your female is 4 - 5 weeks old there is a real possibility she may be pregnant.
You might want to start doing some research on how to help her have a good pregnancy.
Sorry that you have found yourself in this situation.
