cage cleaning problem

guys i have to see my grandma at other city and pet hotel will take care of my piggies. but the problem is, vet is closed at 4pm and will open at 9am next day, is that okay if my piggies lay on their own poop and pee for 17hours in smaller cage?

They will be fine as long as they have got plenty of hay.
Sometimes I only get to spot clean mine once a day

another problem is, one of my piggies had ear infection because i clean their cage once a day because i'm too busy. that's why i feel concerned

You dont need to be concerned. A once a day spot clean for indoor piggies is an absolutely normal cleaning routine and is fine.
The reason I aim for twice a day is because mine live outside - I have to be mindful of flies in summer and ensure that they are not damp in winter
