I have two male guinea pigs that live together, Crumpet and Flint. They live in a 2x5 C&C cage. They have plenty of toys and I get them out of the cage everyday for cuddles and floor time.
However as soon as I go to bed they begin obsessivly biting the bar's of the cage also eating the corex . This happens all through the night every night keeping me up.
I don't know what is causing this because before i go to bed everything is checked and toped up so they have plenty of hay and water.

I've been told to move them out of my room but its not the point. Is there a reason why my boys do this? I don't want them to be unhappy and was wondering if there is anything I can do. Also eating the corex can't be healthy for them at all.
