C&c Suggestions (double Storey With Lid Etc)

Hey everyone

I have 3 girls and this is their current set up (sorry for the mess). They have a double storey hutch with a pen out the front of it. I'm getting fed up with the hutch now as they chew the wood, and wee around the edges so the wood is getting rotten and horrible.

I'm thinking of the different c&c possibilities for the space I have. I would ideally need it to have a lid as I have a dog and want it as big as possible. I was thinking of possibly having a bottom level coming out to where the radiator is, with a top level half the size. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I could best use the space I have? Also, how sturdy are they?

I absolutely love your re-purposed baby room divider and the cot bumper that you have used! That is such a good idea. I still have our Lindem room divider, but sent the cot bumpers to the charity shop - wish I had kept them now!

I've been having a look at suggestions and am thinking of possibly doing a 3x4 c&c with s 3x2 loft with a lid. Do you think that would work?

Thank you it's worked really well, I wanted something with a gate so that I could walk into the pen easily.
