Hi.

Ive ordered 20 c&c grids with connectors with the view to build a large indoor playpen for when the weather is too cold/wet to go in the outdoor run (which is ALL the time!)

My question is: how hard will it be to put it up and take it down? This would be just the sides and no correx as theyll be on hard floor with fleece liners on top. Ive never used c&c grids and I'm not sure how easy they are to put together/ take apart. I would like to take it down whenever it is not in use. Is this feasible?

I use my spare grids for temporary cages for friends pigs, or as a run indoors.

Instead of using the connectors as then I'd have to rebuild it every time, I've just cable tied them together loosely so it's ready quickly. If they're not cable tied too tightly it folds up quite well.

When I go to stay with my parents I sometimes have to take one of the pigs with me. The space that he has at my Mum's is a bit of a weird shape so the cage/run bends quite well to fit.

I just plonk the puppy pads and fleece down then stand the cage/run on top.

Thanks for your replies. Luckily I've ordered some cable ties as well on the off chance they might come in handy!
