C&c Mineral Lick Mount

I made one of these for my girlfriend so I thought I'd share the idea with people here to see what they thought. What other solutions have people got for mounting these common/popular salt wheel holders?

I made mine from 1.5 mm styrene, 40 x 40 mm. I drilled a hole in each corner to allow mounting to the C&C grid with zip ties and then made a shape in the middle that would flex to allow mounting of the wheel holder.

Sorry but guinea pigs should not have salt licks. They do not need added salt in their diet. It is just something pet shops sell to make money.

It's not actually a salt lick we've given them. It's a wheel with corn husks and stuff. Think I should edit the title to reflect that?

The thing is those treat foods are not very healthy for guinea pigs either. If you want to give a treat then different types of hay are a great idea. The hay experts sell lovely kinds.

that's clever. agree about those types of treats being unsuitable though.
