I've made the first step into C&C housing for 2 of my piggies (the problem is, which 2) I've bought the 5' x 2' set up with a loft but need advice on what to put on the ramp so the correx won't be too slippy for them. Also are the washable pee pads for dogs the best thing to place under the fleece? I find the disposable ones quite expensive. What do other forum members use?

We have the Vetfleece brand Inconti-pet washable puppy pads under our fleece, they are conveniently exactly 2 C&C grids wide- 2 should nicely cover a 5x2 cage with a bit of overlap in the middle.
Isnt your ramp already coated with non-slip stuff? If not then carpet tiles or a doormat cut to size and glued on work well on ramps, or you can buy special fleece ramp tunnels though I can't remember where...

I used an old pair of leggings on a C&C ramp before  worked ok for a bit... you can buy fleece ramp covers - they are quite easy to make too..

My C&C ramp came with an attached, ridged surface which worked really well.
I wasn't expecting it, but it came as part of the package which was a nice surprise.
Where did you order your C&C from?

I bought a new set-up from ebay but i have to buy the correx myself and cut it to size. I'm rubbish at DIY but will have a go
