I'm soon making my boars a larger cage since they have a slightly too small one. I live in the US, so where would a good place be to buy the supplies (If you live in the US)? How big would it need to be for two boars? How to make it as well? What is the outline stuff the put along the bottom of the grid, is it fleece as well? And might I get suggestions of C&C cages with only one floor?

I like my c&c cage, and I'm waiting for the expansion, making it in to a 8x2.

Some people use a waterproof covering with the metal grids of a playpen as a cage. Some even put a cage in the pen so the piggies can come and go as they please.

A good place to get grids is Amazon(I live in the US) I used zip ties to hold the grids in place.

Cage materials can be found at these places.

Grids:
Sears - Stor Floor Standing 6-Cube Storage Unit

Amazon - Whitmor 6071-1723 Four Storage Cubes

Bed Bath & Beyond - Grid Wire Modular Shelving and Storage Cubes

Walmart - Whitmor Wire Storage Cubes, Set of 6
Walmart - Whitmor 4-Color Wire Storage Cubes, Set of 4

Seville - 14-Inch by 14-Inch Yellow Cube Grid Panels Web-9Pk

*DO NOT USE TARGET GRIDS*
Check the grids you buy to make sure they are 9x9 squares across.

Coroplast:
SABIC Polymershapes Branch Locator - Call them for prices. A 4x8 ft sheet is usually around $10 - $20

Home Depot - 72 in. x 36 in. x 5/32 in. Twinwall Plastic Sheet - One sheet is large enough for a 2x4.5 C&C cage if you make the walls 4.5 inches tall instead of 6 inches.
