Hi guys, I just bought 15 grids of the C&C stuff and I cannot get over how big it is! In fact it is not going to fit in the space I intended for it and as I have cats I cannot just put it anywhere in the house...

So I don't know what to do now... I could sell the grids on for what they cost me as they are brand new and unused. That way I could put the money towards a new and better outdoor hutch, weather proof it and buy one of those wind, rain and snow protectors.

Or try to make something smaller for the piggies but then it isn't really fair on them to give them less room. I am unsure what to do now 8...

How big exactly is the space you have? you dont have to use the connectors that come with it, you could overlap the grids and cable tie them so the cage is the exact size of the space, provided the space is big enough ofcourse! :)

Thats quite a good idea actually. The space that the cage will sit on will be big enough for them. I intend to have them out to exercise when the weather is good enough and bring them in overnight and when the weather is horrendous.

Well i have partially done this, as i have room for a 3 and a half grids by 2 grids cage, hehe. If you overlap them as suggested, you will nneed LOADS of cable ties, (tesco do a box of assorted sized with a screw top lid for about £3 there must be 100 in there!)
