C&c Extended!

image.webp image.webp The C&C cage has reached its final dimensions. I think.

I cannot extend any more, as room doesn't allow. Think of a 5x3 with a 3x2 attached, in the shape of a stumpy L shape, and that is my cage. With a 2x2 loft. (It's 8 grids across the back wall).

I have no dea of the dimensions in feet, but it's big. I have more liners on order with Ziggy, and I have no idea how I'm going to reach in to the far corner...

But the piggies seem happier. The hay tray is under the loft. Sorry about the pic quality but the lighting is not very good in the back room.

What do you all think?
 
Can you get them with extending handles Flowerfairy? My little handheld Dyson with me on one foot on a step at full stretch cannot reach that blasted far corner.

I am sure the herd laugh at me...
 
A little on the small side isn't it? (runs away quickly and hides)

Seriously it's huge, I am genuinely envious that I don't have a wall large enough in the entire living room for one as long as that! Well there is one wall to be fair, but couldn't possible use that for a cage sadly.

It looks great, I bet the piggies are loving their new space :)
 
Thank you Critter. The five girlies love it...I'm hating he :cen: thing. I'm really dreading the Full Cage Clean on Saturday!

I have more grids on order because trying to catch the piggies is...fun...not!

And with the grids, I will tie them together and, um, herd them to one end, so I can clean.

Wow, c and c is so good but problem is I,m constantly looking at ways to extend, change shape etc!
 
I know that feeling very well. The house isn't big enough to give the back room up to the piggies...
 
Omg I've never seen such a big cage! Those are some very happy piggies I'm sure. My bed could probably fit inside that! :)
