Hi all,

So I have just upgraded to a C&C cage. I did a DIY job with a white amazon grid shelf (I checked grid sizes etc and they are perfect!).
I got some 2mm Correx from Homebase and decorated the outside with some adhesive paper so that it doesn't look like ugly black correx haha.

My only issue.... I'd be surprised if it lasts the week! My piggies have apparently decided that the correx is the most fun/ delicious thing ever and are nibbling at it like there's no tomorrow. My poor, pretty, precisely-measured inserts.....
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how do you solve it? I'm already in love with the C&C (so are the pigs) and I don't want to go back to ferplast cages. Many thanks! :)

If they are on fleece bedding then hiding it with fleece is a good idea and fleece makes it easier as you can put the fleece over the correx sides and clip it on (bull dog clips often work).

Oh good idea! They are on fleece liners so that would work well... Now to source some fleece!

Yup, our boys also discovered correx is the tastiest thing in the world! :)) I used some A4 slide binders, just slide them over the sharp edges of the correx :)
