I have made a lovely L shaped C&C cage for Alan & Oscar and I can get hold of some 3mm foam board...would this be a suitable alternative to the correx people talk of....?

It's basically used for posters to be mounted on and Point of sale cards etc....

Thanks!

not sure on that but some people use a shower curtain or lino, you could use this http://www.dunelm-mill.com/shop/fab...C&freeText=pvc&msg=&catalogId=11100&langId=-1

you could glue it to the foam boards with pva glue as this is waterproof and washable i used it in my hamster cage

Or poundland vinyl tiles

Not sure about using foam board as it might soak up wees rather than being able to wash it all down, which is one of the benefits of correx. I don't know if it could cause problems if nibbled (although mine eat the correx, silly piggles :{ ).

You can also use a piece of vinyl flooring as the base. You might be able to get an offcut for free. :)
