Hi ppl we tryed to set these c&c cages up today but the connectors kept coming apart I wasn't comfortable with that could someone please tell me what size the coroplast must be inside the cage I did 6 inch sides but the coroplast would not sit properly in the base cause of the feet connectors bit of A ngt mare day could anyone tell me the actual size is plz in inches

Best thing to do is build it first then cable tie it together. I tie mine at the 2nd hole from the corner one at each end if that makes sense. Use 4"/100mm cable ties & once they're all in position, cut the excess off (leave just a little). If you want to fasten it down onto a board you will need P clips, see:- http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221298979...NX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_3866wt_934
If you use P clips you will need to take the bottom connectors off the frame.

Cable ties I find are better, I don't use connectors. With the cable ties you can fold it up and move it easier and the correx will fit neater as it will be flat. You can also adapt the shape to fit the room. You can clip the ends of the cable ties to make it neater but I dont' bother. I don't use correx either.

If they came apart they may not have been clicked in properly. I got my boyfriend to help me as some could be pretty tight, one even broke! I didn't have problems fitting the correx in, mine seem to have been fitted to fit in nice and flat, there's about a cm in between the cage and the correx.
