Hiya, I'm new here, just joined... I'm looking g to upgrade from my ferplast cage to a c&c cage. I dont know where to start so any advice would be gladly received. Any websites etc... dont want to spend an absolute fortune etc

I got my cubes from amazon, search for storage cubes and look for the ones with nine squares to a side. As for corex, you can get from any local sign maker - you'll never notice how many there are until you look! You will need an idea of how big you want your cage to be, each cube/grid being about 14" or about 35 cm. To score along the edges of the plastic base just use a scalpel or craft/Stanley knife and don't cut all the way through.
Alternatively you can search online for a pack which has everything you need. It may be a little more expensive and gives you fewer options re shape and so on, but you can get everything all at once. GUINEA PIG C&C CAGE 5x2: Panels x 14 + Connectors x 28 + CORREX TRAY INCLUDED | eBay
If money is a real concern, buying the cubes themselves, or second hand ones, and then using a waterproof sheet or shower curtain as a base may work out even cheaper.
Finally, have a look at all the c and c cages on t'internet and on this forum for inspiration! Good luck :D

I bought storage cubes from amazon. I actually don't use correx/coroplast for a base, but I have my cage on a table and have put fleece/blankets on the table so the piggies have support. And then I put excess fleece on the sides so poops don't go flying out :)
