C&c Cage With Liners And Still Urine Is On The Correx!

The liners I use are good. I put puppy pads on the bottom of the Correx base and the liners go in on top of them, just in case urine soaks through.

The issue is, some urine is going on the bottom. It is not soaking through the puppy pads because I have checked. I assume that some piggies are peeing on the sides of the Correx and its running down to pool on the base of the Correx underneath the puppy pads. As the plastic side of the puppy pads is there, they cannot soak it up.

How on Earth can I keep the Correx base dry?

The herd isn't bothered, but it's driving me nuts!

Any suggestions?

Fold your puppy pads in half, so the absorbent side also goes on the bottom.
