c&c cage rivets

Does anyone know how to unlock rivets?

I bought a replacement correx tray from c and c guinea pigs cages. They’ve put the rivets through one hole but I can’t unlock them!

There’s no instructions.

Does anyone know?

They replied and said you just have to pull them apart. I wasn’t pulling hard enough in case it was wrong and I broke them. So all sorted.

I say never again every time I’m doing something to do with c&c cages and yet I find myself there time and time again!

If you do break them just poke a small slit with a knife and use brass paper fasteners to hold it together. you can also get more plastic rivets at your local auto body shop in the bumper clips area. so which ever is closest autobody or arts and craft store.
