I have two boars currently living in a 2 by 4 store bought cage. In the winter months, when they can't go outside in the run, they spend pretty much all the time in the cage as I have no indoor run. The only time they come out is twice a week when I clean them out and I block off part of the utility room for them and put towels down. I can't let them out anywhere else in the house as there are too many places to hide and wires to chew, plus they would ruin the carpet.

I have the money and space to either build a larger cage from C&C (could probably do 4 by 2 or 5 by 2 with a loft). Or I can buy the ELC ball pool and equip it as an indoor run.

I am tending towards a C&C cage as then they will have space all the time. Any views?

I would go for the C & C cage, we have the boys in one and they have loads of space to run around. If their cage was smaller I would get the ball pit though.

Definitely the C&C!

It's better for the pigs to have a good space all the time than a big space for a few hours a day (and at least I did not get floortime set up often enough because of all the work getting it out and cleaning up afterwards...)

a 2x5, especially with a loft, will give your boys space to run and play whenever they want, not just when you are home and have time to get the playpen up.
