C&c Advice Please

Hello,
I am looking to bring my daughters 3 girls indoors and looking at C&C cages and looking for advice.

Ideally I am wanting to build a 4x2 with a 2x2 loft and storage under. Would I need loft supports? Is there anywhere I can get the mesh squares at a reasonable price? I have seen these plastic squares that are lot cheaper would these work?

They work, but you need to consider potential ventilation issues and the loss of outside stimulation. The only interaction can come above and they are very cut off from what else is going on.
