hi has anybody purchased a c and c outdoor run and are they any good or can someone suggest any other suitable I was going to get a wooden one that folds down but c and c look quite good .

C&C are great for indoor cages - but , for me, their runs are not safe enough to use outdoors . If you are happy you can keep your garden fox free and dog free, they should be OK.

I much prefer the fold up wooden runs I have seen in pet shops .

my runs have come from here ...

I know they're not the cheapest - but they are secure ... and last for years.

I agree, it needs to be very solid with a lid otherwise they could become something's snack very quickly!

C and c grids are great indoors but the biggest issue with runs outdoors is predators. Round here we have cats, dogs, foxes, very kind of crow you can imagine and also buzzards. So if you aren't going to sit with your piggies the entire time you have to make sure there is a strong cover over the top to prevent removal from above and that a predator can't get under the run and lift it (fox).
