Getting it tomorrow and everything I need to go in it. Making a list of everything I need so I don't forget anything. But my mind has gone blank mallethead

Could someone help me with a list please, don't want to forget anything ")

cage.hay.waterbottle. run ( know a really good man in oakdale who sells them much cheaper than shops). whatever you want on the bottom of the cage e.g. sawdust, hay/papers, fleece & towels. food. vitc powder for water I was told. lots of veg in the fridge, mine loves chicory. think thats about it oh yes, some sort of hidey hole I got a hay one. good luck with the boys.

Have you picked the boys up? am very nervous about bonding my two at the moment I think it is because I am so worried they will fight and I won't beable to separate them although am keeping a close eye on them when they are together. What cage did you buy?

Sarah is going to drop them off to me. She can't tonight cos she's in Devon doing a piggie rescue I think. So hopefully tomorrow/Thursday. I bought the Rabbit 100 by Ferplast in the end. Thought it would be nice and easy to clean.

My 2 were already in the same hutch and they have been getting on well so hope that continues.

I have that one too and it is a really easy cage to clean, especially since I have introduced fleece and towels no more sawdust on the carpet in my sons room. Look forward to seeing some piccies. Am gonna try to take some myself of my two fingers crossed.

the 100 wont be big enough for 2 piggies. 2 piggies need the 120. 2 boy are better in bigger, more space = less fights.

also they dont need vitamins drops as long as your feeding a variety of veggies everyday.

Just measured my base and it's longer than the dimensions for the Rabbit 100 so it must be the Rabbit 120. It's huge anyway!

OMG i'm worried now i've bought the wrong cage and it won't be big enough.

Going to take a pic!

Ok can someone let me know if this is big enough. I've laid the water bottle down on one of the pics to show the size of the cage.

i had two of mine in that cage thru winter. they where fine :)

I have the rabbit 100 which doesn't have the two separate opening bits on the front at them moment I only have one in it and the other is in another 100. If you look at the side of the base there might be a sticker with the barcode on and it may say in small what ferplast rabbit it is. But to confirm my 100 opens with just one door not a split one. I am hopping that when I get them together I will build a c&c cage just trying to convince hubby to make a frame top to cover as we have a cat who is banned from the room but you just never ever Know.! Good luck today bet you are sooo excited.

Thankyou for the advice ref the vit c powder I did wonder as mine are having a smorgasbord of veggies and fruit at the moment. I was one of the culprits who was seduced by the p @ h gang but luckily for my piglets found this site almost straight away and realised that there was so much I hadn't been told and such wonderful tips to take on board. Many thanks piggy slaves. p.s funny thing came back from tesco and when my husband checked out my purchases he commented on how I was obviously taking our health seriously as I had bought lots more veggies (haha) , little did he know they were for the boys! shhhhh don't tell i might let him have some if hes good.
