Hey everyone! I just rescued my little Magic from Magic Happens Rabbit Rescue two months ago. He is a year old and super cuddly, happy, and friendly to ALLL species. He has a small cage, yes, but i litter trained him so ge gets free run of my room except under the bed at all times.
I have been reading these forums since I got him and before, but I finally got on because I still have lots of questions.
I have been seeing ALOT of people complaining of their pigs burrowing and I thought they were natural burrowers. I was wondering why is this so bad?

It is not bad in itself, it's just a pain to dig them out from underneath there! Piggies naturally love a "safe", comfy and confined space to sleep in. Give them a pile of soiled towels and fleeces, and the piggies will be in Heaven!

I had pigs who burrowed under the fleece when I used it. It results in a lovely soggy, pooey mess underneath and pigs who have found a new game of hide and run under the fleece.

Spot the piggy... (newly adopted Taffy and her baby daughter Telyn under the fleece)

Oh I love it! Magic generally stays in his hammock currently but I want to put more fleece blankeys so he can do that!

Best stick a chube (a tunnel) or two in for easier entry and exit!

I made a fleece tube and put a fiddlesticks bridge at the end.Looks like a dog agility tunnel and my piggies love it.Keeps them warm too. All you have to do when they soil it is take the fiddlesticks out and wash the fleece
