Please upload a picture or see a vet for a hands-on examination. We can't even start to guess from your description.

The white is from a dried calcium pee your piggy has been lying in.
If the area underneath is raised and hard, please have her vet checked for a potential stone stuck in her urethra (it is about the area where stones that are large enough to leave the bladder but too large to be peed out fetch up in sows or otherwise for a beginning lump (sebaceous cyst, lipoma etc.)
We can only guess but not diagnose; for that you will need a hands-on vet examination.
